A specialized leader in military electronics, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for critical missions in Holbrook, NY is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Accounting and Payroll Specialist to join our tight-knit team of 20 employees.

Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Full-charge bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general ledger maintenance
- Payroll Administration: Managing payroll for our 20-person staff. This includes verifying timecards, managing data in Excel , and uploading final figures to ADP for processing
- Data Management: Utilizing SAP to track financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Human Resources Support: Assisting with basic HR administrative tasks, onboarding paperwork, and maintaining employee records
- Office Collaboration: Working closely with management to provide financial snapshots and ensuring all military-grade documentation and billing are handled with precision
