Senior Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center Projects

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead large-scale hyperscale data center builds from ground-up through commissioning
• Drive site operations, sequencing, productivity, and delivery milestones
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, logistics, and daily construction activities
• Maintain exceptional safety and quality standards across site operations
• Work directly with Project Managers, Owners, and Client Representatives
• Take ownership of project execution on fast-track, technically challenging builds

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on hyperscale or mission critical data center projects
• Strong background managing large electrical and/or mechanical scopes
• Experience delivering complex, fast-paced construction projects successfully
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Open to travel or relocation across the USA depending on project location
