Exterior Construction

Elwood Staffing is now hiring experienced construction and carpentry workers for a growing company offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term opportunities! Up to $21/hour with attendance bonus!

Single/family coverage = $20 a week. Eye and dental can be added for a small additional cost. The client pays for life and STD. Attendance bonus. If worked scheduled 40 hour week. $1.00 per hour more attendance bonus 401K with company match. Paid vacation Can earn up to 2 personal days per year

Exterior Construction Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Install framing, trim, casing, siding, and exterior materials
• Read tape measures and follow specifications accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team on construction projects
• Maintain clean and safe work areas

Exterior Construction Qualifications:

• Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred 
• Experience with framing, trim work, or siding installation required for applicable positions
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in varying environments
• ALL candidates must pass a tape measure reading test 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
