job summary:
Launch your career with a global pharma leader dedicated to oncology innovation! We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Scientist/Engineer to support upstream antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing on-site in a highly technical, rewarding environment.

responsibilities:

• Execute upstream manufacturing processes including fermentation, solvent-based recovery, and multi-stage chemical synthesis.
• Own and execute assigned production processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate process monitoring and technical troubleshooting.
• Prepare buffers and support in-house reagent production under strict safety protocols for cytotoxic materials.
• Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, process qualifications, and tech transfers.
• Author technical documentation, including SOPs, reports, and batch records.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory or manufacturing practices.
• Ability to learn complex technical processes and equipment.
• Flexibility to work standard day shifts with occasional early/late or weekend shifts as needed.

Preferred:

• Exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP environments.
