Base Compensation: $58,000- $77,000 per year

Position Summary

As a Journeyman Licensed Electrician , you will manage residential electrical troubleshooting, emergency service, installs with professionalism, safety, and high-quality work. You’ll be supported by dispatch, technology, and ongoing training to maximize your earnings and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, replacements and maintenance of residential electrical equipment and services
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs
• Submit clear work orders and document tasks with pictures
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
• Install and repair electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, EV chargers
• Perform routine electrical system maintenance, upgrades, and tune-ups.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, fuel, & tablets

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas Electrical Journeyman or Residential Wireman license.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Experience as a Journeyman Electrician in Residential Services.
• Availability for some nights & weekends (rotating schedule)
