CDL-A Truck Driver – Semi-Local | Home Most Nights | Two Days Off Weekly

Compensation

Average weekly pay: $1,750 – $1,850
Estimated earnings based on experience, routes, and schedule
Consistent miles and reliable pay

Orientation

Online orientation available
Streamlined onboarding process

Schedule & Work Expectations

Monday through Friday schedule
Day and night shift options available
Occasional weekend work (up to one weekend per month based on business needs)
Average workday: 10–11 hours
Overnight travel required (approximately 4–5 nights per week)
Availability to work assigned holidays as needed

Home Time

Semi-local operation
Home most nights
Two full days off each week
Predictable scheduling

Position Overview

No-touch freight
Freight handled through a combination of live unload by the customer and drop and hook
Assigned, well-maintained equipment
Freight options include refrigerated (reefer) and dry van

Minimum Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license
At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to pass a road test and pre-employment drug screen
Must meet company safety and hiring standards
