An ideal candidate would possess:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant and/or bar
• Experience selling and serving natural wine a plus
• The ability to provide natural, precise, warm service
• Excellent communication skills 
• Collaborative, team player
• Open availability preferred
• Experienced as a server and bartender a plus
