I run a small, US-based web development agency. We are looking for a web developer with strong English communication skills to join our team.
This is a part-time role (10–15 hours/week) where you will interact directly with clients. You will participate in client meetings, explain technical details in plain English, and help bridge the gap between non-technical clients and our development team.
**What you will do:**
* Join client calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
* Answer basic technical questions about web projects (HTML/CSS/JS, site structure, etc.).
* Take notes on client requirements and share them with the team.
* Occasionally prepare simple explanations or diagrams to clarify technical concepts.
**What you bring:**
* Native or fluent English (C2 level strongly preferred).
* Working knowledge of web development (you understand front-end and basic back-end concepts).
* Comfortable speaking on camera for some calls (camera may be required for certain client meetings).
* Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
* Availability during US timezone hours (e.g., 9am–5pm Eastern or Pacific).
**Compensation:**
* $40 per hour, paid weekly (every Friday).
* 10–15 hours per week, long-term ongoing.
