Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in software development and/or architecture
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Deep understanding of integration patterns, API management, and distributed systems design
Proven experience implementing and governing event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration patterns
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration platforms
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and cloud-native deployment models
Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth, JWT, and related best practices
Experience with API testing, validation, and OpenAPI specifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or contributing to an API / Integration Center of Excellence
Experience defining enterprise API maturity models or integration frameworks
Experience with API management platforms (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
Experience with developer portals and improving API discoverability and developer experience
Knowledge of banking systems, payments, or financial services technology
Experience integrating identity and access management solutions (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
Familiarity with containerization, service mesh, and cloud-native architecture patterns
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption of integration standards
